What did we lose moving from the old systems to SportsEngine HQ?

Every tool and feature from the legacy admin control panel, as well as other tools like invoicing, have been combined into HQ. Nothing lost, everything gained. 

What do I do if I need help?

We’ve introduced a brand new “Help Experience” in SportsEngine HQ that presents contextual help information for customers right in the page. If you need additional help, you can start up a chat or schedule an appointment with our customer success team. 

How will I know where everything is?

First, check out the video above, it does a good job of showing you where things are in SportsEngine HQ. We believe the new interface is a more logical organization of tools as well, making it easier to find, and discover, the tools you need.
