Marie and Simon are joined this week by a very special guest—Marti Reed, Director of National Partnerships & DEI Programming Manager at Positive Coaching Alliance. For those who may not know Marti, she is an accomplished athlete. In 2010, she won the Division 1 Softball National Championship with the UCLA Bruins. Marti remains highly involved in sports as a coach as well as in her career working for Positive Coaching Alliance. Reed joins the podcast to talk about her journey in youth and collegiate sports and the wisdom she has gained from her experiences.
