Field Hockey
Field hockey is an outdoor team sport that is enjoyed in schools, leagues, and friend groups around the world. With minimal equipment needed and easy access to parks, field hockey is a popular outdoor sport for teens and adults. Traditionally played on grass or artificial turf, two teams of 11 players assemble on the field to compete. Similar to ice hockey, field hockey players use wood or fiber sticks to pass and hit a ball around the field in an attempt to score a goal. Field hockey is a great sport to learn teamwork and engage in friendly competition.
