Curling is like a giant game of shuffleboard played on a sheet of ice. The game consists of two teams, each with four players, sliding smooth granite stones across a sheet of ice toward a target. The throwing player is able to curl, or turn, the rock as he or she pushes it forward, while his or her teammates sweep the ice in front of the rock to manipulate its path. The sport involves a great amount of strategy to score the most points and prevent opponents from placing the rock where they want. Find curling leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics.
