What Players Need To Be Able To Ask Themselves At The End Of Every Game

Brad Frost is the Head Coach for the University of Minnesota Women's Ice Hockey (@GopherWHockey) team. The Bethel University graduate has guided the Gophers to four NCAA national championships, six NCAA Frozen Four appearances, five WCHA regular season titles and three WCHA Final Face-Off championships. Frost concluded the 2015-16 season with a career record of 293-45-22 (.844) and has not had a team finish lower than second in the WCHA.

Frost asks his players to look in the mirror every game and answer a few questions: Did I give it my all? Did I play for the person next to me? Did I have the best attitude? These are questions that should be answered with a resounding " yes" every time. Sometimes the answer will be the same even after a loss. All Frost cares about is that the team focused on what they could control.
