In the first episode of the season, "How Teammates Can Support Each Other's Mental Health," Marti Reed, Positive Coaching Alliance's Director of National Partnerships and DEI Programming Manager, explores mental health in sports and shares tips for how teammates can lift each other up. We'll discuss common assumptions and misconceptions, and how youth athletes can separate their identity from social media to develop a more positive self-image.
