Here are three key takeaways from our first AMA webinar event.

 

1. Enhancements to Customer Support

A central theme during the webinar was customer support and the desire for quicker response times. We're excited to share that SportsEngine is dedicated to improving our customer support experience. We've increased our support team size and implemented new tracking systems to address your inquiries promptly. Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Additionally, you can now track the progress of your support tickets via the "Need Help" tab, ensuring you’re always in the loop regarding resolutions.

2. Exciting Updates to Our Platforms

We heard you loud and clear—you're eager for updates and improvements across SportsEngine's platforms. We’re thrilled to announce several new features and enhancements:

  • TeamUnify: Major updates have been implemented to improve the user experience, including enhanced filters, the return of batch registration with improved data synchronization with USA Swimming, and additional custom fields for registrations.
  • SportsEngine Motion: Enhancements like role-based permissions, new class schedules, and improved custom fields have been rolled out to offer your organization more flexibility and customization.

3. Commitment to Future Connectivity and Innovation

One of the most exciting parts of the webinar was discussing our future plans for connecting various SportsEngine products. We're working diligently to create a more seamless experience. The initial progress towards that goal will be seen by integrating schedules and team data across platforms like SportsEngine HQ, SportsEngine Play, and SportsEngine Tourney. These integrations will save you time and streamline your operations, allowing you to focus more on running your programs and less on administrative tasks.
