Commencing on September 10, 2024. at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time (“PT”) and continuing through October 18, 2024 at 11:59 P.M. PT, (“Promotion Period”), SportsEngine, Inc. and NBCUniversal Media, LLC (“Sponsor”) are offering $500 off the purchase of new SportsEngine HQ Premium annual subscription (“Offer”). Once the Offer is applied, you will receive your first year of SportsEngine HQ Premium subscription discounted. At the end of your first year of service, your SportsEngine HQ Premium membership will automatically renew and be billed at the standard annual rate, plus any applicable taxes and fees.

To cancel, automatic renewal must be turned off on your account before the end of the subscription period. SportsEngine’s terms of subscription service, detailed below apply to all orders during the promotional window. Term of Subscriptions: Subscriptions to the Paid Services commence on the Start Date and continue for the Subscription Term specified in the applicable Order Form or SOW. Unless otherwise set forth in an Order Form or SOW, subscriptions shall automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring Subscription Term or one (1) year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Subscription Term: The pricing during any automatic renewal term will be the same as that during the immediately prior term unless SportsEngine has given Customer written notice (which may be given electronically) of a pricing increase at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current term, in which case the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter. Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause for a material breach of this Agreement by the other party upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof if such breach remains uncured at the expiration of such period. Upon any termination for cause by Customer, SportsEngine shall refund to Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the Subscription Term after the effective date of termination.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, termination for cause by Customer shall not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay any Fees accrued or payable to SportsEngine prior to the effective date of termination. Surviving Provisions: Section 1 and Sections 3 through 7 shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement, regardless of the cause of termination.
