For school-age children, the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention recommends at least 60 minutes of vigorous physical activity. During this time we are spending more time at home and less time playing sports and games. Here you can find sport-specific drills, youth-focused workouts, and additional activities to keep you and your family fit and healthy.
