Athletes to Watch: Jordan Burroughs

The 2012 Olympic gold medalist fell short of defending his title in Rio, but in 2017 claimed his fourth world title.

Burroughs is a father of two – daughter, Ora, was born in 2016, joining son, Beacon. In 2018, he came away from the World Championships with a bronze medal, though he makes his goals evident in his Twitter/Instagram handles: @alliseeisgold.

Jordan began his U.S.A. wrestling career by posting a record 69 match win streak on the Senior level from 2011-14. Showing his resilience, he also won the 2013 World title less than a month after breaking his ankle.
