It's time to get creative with your workouts, and that means exploring ways that you can improve your volleyball skills all by yourself! You'll still need the basics of the sport, which means a volleyball (of course!) and find somewhere that you use as a net, either outside or find a windowless wall that you can use tape or chalk to mark the height of a net.
Even without a partner, you can practice all the basics to improve your skills, including Serve, Dig, Set, and Spike!
Use your imagination to create scenarios that will push you to work harder. Visualize situations and try to create opportunities to stretch your training further through counter-moves and options off each skill.
