Study: Training too Much Can Impact the Decision-Making Area of the Brain

A new report has an important warning if you work out or are a student-athlete.

Surgeons at OrthoCincy says it's a busy time for athletic injuries due to fall sports and athletic training, but a new study in Current Biology shows us that if some training is good, more may not be better.

Injuries are always a big risk with overtraining, according to Dr. Adam Metzler and the physical therapy team at OrthoCincy in Edgewood.
