Super Soccer Stars Went Digital With Virtual Classes & Live Streaming Services

As the nation’s premiere youth soccer organization, Super Soccer Stars announced in late March that they were going from on field instruction to digital learning, with the release of virtual classrooms and live streaming services. The creation of Soccer Stars @HOME, Live Stream and Skills & Drills powered by Famer allows Super Soccer Stars to re-engage their communities. The digital curriculum is developed to keep children’s bodies and minds active while at the same time incorporating socialization with coaches, classmates and teammates to encourage safe, social interaction.

Since the launch of their digital programs, they have already helped over 10,000 children aged 1-12 play soccer from the convenience of their homes. Their highly trained and licensed youth coaches lead live classes designed to run in small spaces if necessary, with common household items reimagined as soccer equipment. This structured and inclusive approach has provided parents peace of mind knowing their children are receiving quality instruction, while also serving as a much needed outlet to burn some energy.

"First, a huge thank you. I haven't been able to find an on-line exercise that has been engaging for my 5.5 year old. His first live Soccer Stars was on Friday and he was totally engaged. Did the drills himself and practiced for about 20 minutes after." Danielle S. Soccer Stars' parents said.

“Class was great. My son Brandon was all over the place, but the coaches were so sweet with him. He was all sweaty and very excited even after the fact. Not being able to go outside, it was a real treat for him. We really appreciate it! Said Catherine F, Soccer Stars’ parent.

Super Soccer Stars continues to deliver digital classes to children in order to keep them moving and re-establish some normalcy. “The social interaction with their classmates, friends, teammates and coaches is so important as our kids are adjusting to learning from home.” said Adam Geisler, CEO, Super Soccer Stars.

Although this global pandemic has disrupted the Super Soccer Stars business and many others, it has given them the opportunity to expand their digital offerings and continue to do what they do best, bring happiness and joy through safe and fun soccer programming to children.
