Many organizations have switched to being completely virtual- maybe there are mandatory training sessions, casual video hangouts, skills contest for your athletes, and many other creative ways to stay engaged (check these out!).
Knowing that going virtual could be one of your team's biggest priorities at the moment, we've implemented several major improvements to not only ease sharing of information but also the ease of staying in communication with your members.
Soon you'll be able to ensure athletes are receiving the correct info, when you upload a new photo, video, or message to TeamUnify to share out. You just select a specific registered class to send that content to, instead of needing to pick individuals or create a one-off group.
Once you tag your preferred audience for your content, they will instantly get a triggered email, text message, and push notification letting them know there is new content for them to engage with.
Have something to broadcast to your entire network? We've thought about that too! Simply post the information to your social feed to share all across your platform. In addition to sending a push notification once that content is uploaded, you now have the option to send a text message and/or email to notify members of the new post.
Because so many coaches are sending out content that is a practice or skill session assignment for their athletes, we’ve added two features to help you help them stay on top of their game. You can now see exactly how many times a given video has been viewed in video producer, plus you access every video that one of your members’ uploads into the app.
