5. What is your go-to leadership quote?

6. What is your favorite sports memory?

My favorite personal sports memory was the State Track meet during my senior year in high school. Knowing all the work and energy invested with an amazing group of girls to reach our goals. That said, I would argue that every time I get to see one of my sons practice and play any sport they've chosen beats that hands down. It's such a meaningful feeling to know they have the chance to be active, make great friends, and learn how to be a better person through their experience in sport!

7. Favorite athlete of all time and why?

Babe Didrikson - what a pioneer and such an inspiration for athletes everywhere to pursue their talents despite any obstacles in your path
