SportsEngine Organization Referral Program

Who can refer?

• The referral program is available for SportsEngine HQ and SportsEngine Motion users only at this time. The program is not applicable to (1) Trackwrestling, SE Studio or SE Play customers or (2) current SportsEngine HQ/SportsEngine Motion users that have an existing preferred pricing rate plan through their National Governing Body affiliation.

Who can be referred?

• Referral is only valid in the case of a new opportunity with a new customer.
• SportsEngine employees are not eligible.

What do referrers receive?

• For referrals, a referral reward (“Referral Reward”) will be in the form of 50% off the referring organization’s next SportsEngine HQ renewal fee.
• A Referral Reward will be made to the actual SportsEngine user who submitted the referral.
• A Referral Reward will only be made to the referrer after the referral has signed-up for SportsEngine HQ and remained a customer for ninety (90) days with active registrations and have processed at least $1 via payment processing.

When will I receive my Referral Reward?

• Timing of Referral Payment: payment will be made to referrer based on account activation of the referred club - either (i) when the club’s site has launched or (ii) when first payment of online processing has occurred.
• Payment of enterprise referral will be processed manually on a case by case basis.

What if two people make the same referral?

• If multiple current SportsEngine HQ customers refer the same organization, payment will be made to the first one who submitted the referral.
• If there are disputes about who actually “claimed” the referred club, SportsEngine will determine, at SportsEngine’s sole discretion, whether and how to allocate a Referral Reward.

Anything else?

SportsEngine reserves the right to change or cancel the SportsEngine Organization Referral Program at any time.
